Precision Diamond Tools Inc. processes and ships all orders that are in stock same day with UPS Ground. If you need an item expedited, please choose that shipping option accordingly. Please bote: UPS Ground can take up to 7 business days in certain parts of the country.

In the event of a back order the customer will be notified by email and by phone if possible and be made aware of the expected arrival date.

Returns

If an item needs to be returned, and has NOTbeen used, there is a 25% re-stocking fee on all items, no exceptions. Please make sure you are ordering the correct tool for your application. We offer full support and advice before you place your order to make sure it is the correct tool for your needs.

All products are gauranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. The limited warranty does not cover improper or negligent use. Warranted products will be repaired or replaced at the option of Precision Diamond Tools Inc..
