- Most items that are in stock will ship the same day if received by 3pm Eastern Time. Default shipping is UPS Ground, but can also be shipped 2 Day, or Overnight Service. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified before your card is charged.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is important to us! We use a 256 bit encrypted SSL Certificate that can be verified by clicking the Godaddy Seal at the bottom of any page. We are also verified with Authorize.net which you can click on to verify as well. None of your financial information is actually seen by anyone! It is simply passed through the secure gateway and processed by Authorize.net and the payment is sent to our merchant account.
- Returns & Replacements
- In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item, please contact support@concrete-blade.com for a Return Authorization Number.
- We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery however refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only an unused product that has not been used is eligible for return unless it is defective in which case it will be exchanged.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions

- It is highly suggested that you creat an account when you order. With an account, orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking "My Orders" on the left column.
